The 'haircut' that someone has given the willows near Bedford river,bit like someone has put an extremely large pudding bowl over them to get the line.

My dog running around the park this morning in the pouring rain without a care in the world, after a bad start in life. That really made me smile.

Don't they look awful, Campbellking? At least they've also taken out the fallen trees and tidied up the mess under Newnham Bridge.
You'd thing they'd have cut the willows all the way around. They do look silly.

We've been out today in our new toy (sports car) up Weardale to Alston and back down Teesdale. The scenery is magnificent, I don't think you can get better in the UK but expect most people think there home county is the most beautiful :-)
