Video Doorbell

Please could anyone recommend a video doorbell, either wired or battery. If you have one how do you retrieve the footage? I understand one is able to answer the doorbell, via mobile phone from anywhere. What I am more concerned about is someone snooping around during the early hours. Any help appreciated, thanks.

As is indicated there, although you can always view 'live action' from a smartphone for free, with most video doorbells you need to subscribe to an online service to have video content recorded for later viewing.

Some such doorbells though, such as the Eufy model that tops the ratings in my link, come with their own memory units, which record video for free.
