Those seafood sticks that are great for us watching our intake but a tad boring so why not try the following

Spread some clingflim
'unwrap' seafood stick so that it is one long piece, do this several times place on the cling film but make sure they are over lapping.
Spread with cream cheese flavour of your choice
then cover with cucumber ribbons, then put some smoked salmon or ham if you prefer on top of the cucumber and finally add some sliced of avocado.
Roll into a tight sausage and place into the fridge.
Finally when ready to eat unwrap and slice - fake sushi

i have never tried a seafood stick - they remind me too much to look at of coconut ice, and the clash of fish and coconut ice gives me "bart simpson" shudders!
i love sushi though

They are bland but I love them as they are quick and easy and gives me low fat protein hit

I've not had seafood sticks in ages. You could add some wasabi and Japanese mayo to that or toasted seaweed.

It’s all the scraping ms from the fish factory plus starch

Red... I thought it might be. I'm not a fish lover, although I used to love old-fashioned battered cod. Are seafood sticks normally eaten cold? Raw fish and raw meat are not something that I would enjoy; I once tried steak tartare and found it cold and bland. I suppose it would need to be well seasoned to make it appetising.

Yes they are eaten cold but a cured so a form of cooked.
They are very inexpensive I would recommend trying them, they are quite bland so are great when eaten in a salad with sauces
