Constipated

Simon was suffering from constipation, so his doctor prescribed suppositories.

A week later the Simon complained to the doctor that they didn't produce the desired results. "Have you been taking them regularly?" the doctor asked. Simon replied "I took them every day with food, but for all the good they have done me I might as well have shoved them up my ***!"
