Happy Wednesday, Birdies.  It's a short day for me today as I have to pick little one up from School while his grandparents are away.  At least it's Wednesday so we half-way through the week.  Where do the weeks go, anyhoo?  It's only 10 days until October.

 

I won't mention the C word just yet, but there's not long to go before the festival of indulgence and probably not long to go until we here the first themed song on the radio.

 

I just can't wait for a decent lie-in ...

Morning, Chip.  It's still pitch-black out there with an inky blue sky.  I have no idea what the forecast is for today but I always have a normal umbrella and a huge golf umbrella in the car for emergencies.  

 

Any nice plans for today?

Instead of going in and out avoiding showers, I think I'll just stay in and put my feet up.

That sounds like a plan, Chip.  Little one won't be impressed when he sees the rain - he's not a fan of the wet stuff.

Good morning, I just got up at 09-00, I'm looking at the voiles I have at my windows and thinking,Time to change to my winter curtains at the end of this month I think.

Minty if you're looking in, I hope you're feeling better, weartherwise here, dark,damp and windy but I have heard we're in for a mini heatwave sometime in October ,crazy weather !
