So many cobwebs in my house! I can't seem to get rid of the all. Every day I seem to find more. It's getting on my nerves.

Any tips?

Cobwebs and spider's webs are very different.  Spiders don't construct cobwebs so think a whisk round with a feather duster would do.

cobwebs are good, its a natural pest control system, I've a few by my windows full of little bugs, I normally spray the webs with a mist of water every morning to give the spiders a drink.

The difference between spider webs and cobwebs is that cobwebs are tangled and irregularly designed webs. Spider webs are more elegant and sophistically designed. Cobwebs are also comprised of a different type of silk than the spider web.

maggiebee, looking at that distinction, I'm afraid I live in a cobweb. But apparently there are "tangleweb spiders" that make them.

When I vacuum the corners, I just get rid of the cobwebs. I never vacuum the spiders. I leave them.

Agh, I am looking out the window and there's a rat running round on the patio. It does that a lot, and sometimes it brings a friend. I let spiders be too, but what do people do about rats these days?
