rememberance sunday

hello i wonder if there is anyone who could help me on rememberance sunday at the cenataph the massed bands play a piece of music which begins with david of the white rock and then goes on to another piece which i cannot remember the name of at this time they usually tell some story of or some servicemen i would like to know where i can get this piece of music as i find it very moving thanks to anybody who can help me i would be most grateful.
