dads just dont want to pay

hi all i have 3 children, 2 are from my first relationship which lasted 10 years and i then met somebody else and had a daughter with him but after physical abuse i made a quick exit out of that relationship. I am at a stage now where the dads have them weekends but don't give me any money for them, my daughters father is a not too bad at doing things and taking his daughter on hoiliday but the boys father is a waste of space, doesnt do anything with them, sits on his butt and refuses to geta job! i have reported them to csa but nothing has come of it!! it really hurts and annoys me cuz i try my best and dont expect a lot but it takes two to have kids and i just want them to be more responsible...any suggestions?? xx

My ex doesnt pay towards our kid either but then thats my choice ..if youre on benefits you may be able to get help taking him to court for maintainance..is it legal aid? im not sure so go to the citizens advice and see where you stand.Even if the father is on benefit he still has to contribute.Good luck
