im going on holiday in.. 31 days exactly!! im going to australia and i really wana do like a crash diet to lose some weight... i lost weight a bit over the summer holidays by eating lots of pasta but since going back to college iv gained it again... and iv also gone off pasta!
is there anything i can eat alot of or little of to help me lose weight quicker?? ill also be doing exercise of course but i just wanted some advice as im desperate.!!
Definitely go on the Atkins diet, if you want to lose weight that quickly. It wont really do you any harm if its only for the month and it does really work as well............
