There is this guy that I really like and I think he likes me back. Well today was my day off and he was off too. I ran into him at the bottle depot. I had heard stories that he has a drinking problem but didn't know if they were true. I was right next to him and I saw he had a ton of beer cans and all I had were water and diet pop bottles. At first he said hi but then he got really quiet. I sensed he was embarrassed so I collected my money and left. Do you think that he was embarrassed? Normally he is very talkative around me, and this would have been a perfect opportunity for him to chat.

next time you see him with all that beer ask if your invited to the next party!!! he may have had friends round and has'ent got a problem with alcohol. he may have also been a little shy out of work. so dont give up, fight for what you want, its worth it in the end. good luck.

Also you don't know how long he has had the bottles. We have a collection of bottles and cans for recycling every other week. I always forget to put mine out in time so by the time I do remember, I have so many I look like a complete alcoholic compared to the rest of the street!

I only drink 1 bottle of wine per week plus maybe some cans if mates come back to mine after the pub on a Friday night!

Give him a chance, maybe he does have a drink problem but you can find that out yourself, don't believe rumours that may not be true. It could have been started by someone who saw him at the bottle depot with loads of empties.

To be honest, if someone I fancied saw mw at the bottle bank with all my bottles as described above ^^^^, I'd be really embarrassed and try to get away ASAP!!

if it had been me you saw, and I was embarrassed, and there was a simple explanation, I'd have told you about it once. Maybe you need to find out more about this drinking problem?
