I had a 3rd job interview on Friday at which point I was offered the job. They asked me to name my terms, which I did. The guy didn't bat an eyelid and agreed.

Now I'm worried I've sold myself short! Has anyone got any advice as to how I can ask for a bit more. I don't really want to say my existing employers have matched the offer as I'm not convinced its very professional to play one off against the other, especially went you've told the new company you want to leave the old one.

Anyone got any advice?

Since you already agreed, work a couple weeks and then you could always say the work-load deserves a higher compensation.

Thanks society. Its an idea but its a sales job so you determine your own workload if you see what I mean. No-one gives me work, I go out and find it.

God I could kick myself!
