dog begging

Every time we cook and starting eating my dog starts begging and wants what were eating and then when we don't give her any then she eat her food also when my husband is at work she don't eat any thing. Also when my mother comes to visit and tries to pet her she **** every where she thinks she in trouble. Is this Separation Anxiety and fearful dog?

Our dog used to beg. I told him that when he shared his dinner with us we would share ours with him! JD
