I can't believe this. Its' the third time I have sent this question. Every time I search the site, it isn't there! Apologies to those who are reading this for the third time.

A business partner has died. Death of a partner is supposed to dissolve the whole partnership. Is this automatic or do the survivors still have to serve a dissolution notice on the others and draw up a deed of dissolution?
Is a notice in the London Gazette compulsory because it's very expensive.
