shower mixing handle

could anybody guide me to a shower mixing handle which i can purchase. the shower is an IDEAL STANDARD and the handle fits over a lever protruding from the mixing valve and held in position with a 4m.m. screw fitted in the bottom of the handle. the mixing valve lever is 0.24" wide and 0.38" deep with a recess cut in the bottom of the lever to take the 4m.m. screw. the original handle is worn and useless and because it is cast repairs are virtually impossible
