Gazza and Moat
I live in NZ so dont get the chance to see the UK news that often.
Somebody told me last night that Gazza had gone down to the scene where Moat was threatening to kill himself and offered to talk him round?
Is this true if so can anyone please elaborate?
Thanks

He gave several barely-coherent radio interviews in which he claimed to be a friend (knew him as a bouncer) of the fugitive and stated that he had brought him 'a can of lager and some chicken'. He was denied access to Moat"

Paul Gascoigne is either an imature lout who once but no longer was tolerated because of a considerable talent for football, or he is a borderline Special Needs adult who needs proper guidance and support, which is patently not forthcoming.
Neither of these scenarios qualify him to try and talk to a suicidal murderer with a view to solving the stand-off.
