Does he love me? (large age gap)

Right, this is really complicated. I like this guy, and i know him well. We get on really well too, we have a good laugh, he compliments me, smiles at me and makes sure i'm ok. Do you think he loves me? The thing is we have an age gap of 14 years :/ you'd never guess though, he doesn't really look his age, you'd think he was in his 20s :/

no, not so much as with me anyway. Due to his job (i work there too) he works with other people my age too. And he's no where near as friendly/nice with them.

There's 14 years between us, it works - but I do think it can depend on how old you both are. The younger one of you is, the more difference in attitudes and outlook - as you both get older, the age difference is less important.

Very nearly 17, but some would say i'm very mature for my age, so i suppose that helps?
