out of date meds

whooops! ive missed picking up my repeat simvastatin prescription from the docs..
(will have to be monday now)

however, ive just found a few in a box in my drawer, that have an expiry date on the packet - 09/2010.

do you think it will be ok if i take them for a few days till im able to pick up my new lot on monday, or should i just wait and go without till then?

looby, sorry to be nosy. I take 20mg a day simvastatin. Do you by any chance get any side effects .. er ... 'toilet' wise ?

well, as it happens yeah, in the past i have .. but im on a few meds with my diabetes and i kind of put it down to it maybe because of them....?
what sort of probs are you having?

Just wondered, I put a thread on here re Lactulose today .. you will see the problem by that ! I am blaming the simvastatin but I might be wrong ..
