Thinking between the lines.......small businesses run the risk of getting done over on payments all the time, on the grounds that they'll not know how to get redress or find it more expensive to pursue through the courts than to write off. It isn't just Roma who don't pay up or who trash things.
It's baffling that the caterer witnessed wild behaviour with food being hurled, but the venue (who clean up the place?) had no issues.
I watched this episode, and it semed to me that there weren't a large number of guests at the reception - OK maybe edited - but they also seemed to be having a buffet rather than a sit-down meal with courses.
£5.5K is a lot of money for a buffet for not very many guests.
If every small business went straight to the Daily Hate to moan about their finances there'd be no space left for their insightful news coverage......
