"Some Velvet Morning"
(1967) lyrics by Lee Hazelwood
performed by Nancy Sinatra and Lee Hazelwood
Richard Unterberger describes this song as "beautifully mournful violin introduce rolling, doomy riffs, over which Hazelwood sings of a velvet morning when he'll be straight, and open up someone's gate into some sort of paradise... Nancy intercedes in her most la-la sort of voice, singing angelically of flowers and daffodils--and just as suddenly, we're back into Lee's spooked-out ruminations about an occultish life-giving force named Phaedra."
So that has cleared that up then!
