same. it has closed...it's closed, for example

It's, still - you put in the apostrophe to show that letters are missing.

It has disappeared becomes it's disappeared.

Occasionally in spoken as opposed to written English, the different tense might get a slightly different pronunciation - 'it-ers' as in 'it-ers come to my notice that...' - this might also add emphasis to the phrase.
