Whats Happened To My Screen?

i spilt some wine on my keyboard earlier. it has drain holes so most escaped, i mopped up quickly and put the hair dryer on low to dry properly, while i was mopping up i think i pressed a key or combination of keys as all of a sudden i got and AOC (my make of screen) box saying it was going to 100% on my screen and then the screen 'shrunk' i have a 16inch screen that now has about 3 inches of black on the right hand side of the screen as you look at it, the rest of the screen is what i normally see, my screen saver and anything i put up on it. im no technical wizz as you can tell by my description of my problem. does anyone know how to get my screen back to normal. i restarted my computer and everything that come up on restarting was as normal but as soon as i got to the welcome screen it shrinks again. i have windows xp if that helps and my key board seems to be working fine. thank you to anyone how can help in advance..
