The Wright Stuff Audience?

If you watch it, have you ever noticed the 4/5 people who always seem to be there, and always looking at the TV monitor when the camera is on them?

Theres a lady in her sixty's who is always dressed like a 20yr old with heavy make up.
A foreign bloke with a coloured head scarf, a slim guy with a red face and grey hair, and a black bloke who always sits in the front row.

All I'm wondering is, how these people except for the lady happen to be there most days, don't they work etc?

Yes I have noticed and have always wondered how/why they are there every day.
