Is there any difference in meaning between 'It became clear to me that she was my teacher.' and ' I became clear that she was my teacher.'?

Clear would have to be a past participle form and not an adjective (like, for example, "I became convinced that she was my teacher"). The construction subject + verb + adjective + "that"-clause is not possible.
