Fish Insurance should acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 working days of receipt, They then have 8 weeks to issue their Final Response letter. You state that insurers cannot find your vehicle. Did you enter the correct registration number? Check that the details are correctly recorded on the DVLA website:
