Possibly because he is a juvenile.
Good to hear of the verdict, will await sentencing.

There can be many reasons for not naming individuals.
If he was a juvenile would he not have been before a juvenile court?
He could be involved in another legal matter and naming him may have a bearing on any proceedings in that case.
No, because all the co-accused would need to be tried together in the same court

/// Seven men have been found guilty of grooming and abusing young girls in Rotherham, including one who had sex with "at least 100 Asian men" by the time she was
16. ///

Makes one wonder why those other 100 Asian men are also not up for trial?
She had sex with 100 Asian men!
It may be poorly worded and she was forced into sex a hundred times with Asian men , either way - they can only put in Court the ones they catch.
Good. I wish they'd throw away the key with these people.
Yet again (and again and again) we realise what scum we have let in to this country.

Our politicians should be ashamed of themselves.
Good result, I hope the sentences handed down are long ones.
No "Sikh" ring-leader this time, then?
"If he was a juvenile would he not have been before a juvenile court?"

The proper term for the court which deals with those aged under 18 is the Youth Court. The Youth Court does not deal with those facing "serious charges". They can only be dealt with in the Crown Court.

I am sure I read that he converted from islam.
Yes, Sparkly Kid, that's what I heard. Remember some surprise on AB and elsewhere when the ring-leader was described as a Sikh.

I just happened at the time to be watching Sky News (slightly less biased than the Beeb) when they surprisingly mentioned that Amere "Singh" (né Mohammed Dhaliwal) was a Sikh convert.
We seem to be reading this every other week.Assume a lot of the girls who are groomed are slipping through the inadequate Social Services net.

As we do regarding the black on black drug gang killings in London, when are the establishment going to be brave enough to admit that we have problems with certain cultures in this country?
Well it would appear that way when you focus on one range of statistics... Do you think white on white gangs or white groomers would appear in the papers every time their is one? No.. because it would literally be every day. This is only "news" worthy to those who are set and comfortable with their perception and ideology of that is and isn't allowed in this county.

All humans are the same, why does it take a paedophile to be of a different heritage for you to care?
How very enabling.
