I’m back from deactivating my membership. The Editor kindly explained that the post removal and block was most likely an accident not deliberate censorship as the post broke no AB rules. I did not flounce out, just grew weary of big brother. However all well again, thanks Editor for your decency and a big thank you to those kind ABers that bade me farewell. So once again I look forward to participating in answerbank.

Welcome back, David. I'm pleased that things worked out for you.
Welcome back David.
Good.
Never be too quick to hit the deactivate button.

Glad you had a change of heart.
Orwell would be proud David :)
Great to see you back Dave.
Don’t take AB so seriously, quick work by ed . :*)
I knew you couldn't stay away ;-)
Oh david, 'weary of big brother' don't half ring bells...

Welcome back! Good of ED to explain.
Great
Excellent!
Welcome back David :) x
Glad you're back, david. Maybe the ABEd and techies need to redesign the moderators' clicky buttons so they are less likely to be accidentally pushed?
Nice to see you back David.
Welcome back. :o)
Good ! X
You are part of a growing club - ABers who have come back from the dead.

It is supposed to be impossible.
I'm concerned about the title of your post, David. Do you really think that 'normality' ever truly exists here on AB? I certainly hope not!

;-)
How do you remove a post by accident?..........?....there seem to have been a lot of "accidents" recently.

If it had been a less popular ABer.........then your decision would not have been rescinded....

Good to see you back David.
