Whether or not it is an Islamic act of terrorism also remains to be seen. Seems that is now becoming an easier target to blame rather than admitting the underlying problem is the countries failure to get a grip on knife crime, Policing and Justice.

in the context of that statement, it's difficult to understand what the motive could be other than religious politics. He could of course be seriously ill; he's not going to be campaigning for the release of George Davis.
