hi could you please help my nan passed away on friday and i have to write on her card for the flowers i had a little verse in mind but can not remember exactly how it goes something like if tears were stairs i would climb to heaven and if memories were ........

then im lost. i would be really gratful if anyones knows the proper saying/verse, thanx in advance

loopyc, I lost my dad very recently, so I know how you are feeling, I cried when I read your post, and memories of my dads funeral came flooding back, It leaves such a big void to lose someone you love, so look after yourself, my thoughts are with you, remember the sun will shine again and your nan will forever be in your heart. i cant quite get over how lovely you have all been its been a really hard few months for me, my nan had cancer its an awful illness and a terrible way to die since christmas i have seen her everyday and tried to look after her so you can imagine how hard its been, but your kind words have helped once again thank you.

My sister died instantly of a heart attack on Christmas morning (2005) & all our family are still coming to terms with that, so I know how you are feeling.

hi loopyc, Just thought I'd post to your thread to hear how you are doing, I know you will be grieving for your nan, but I hope you are coping with your loss, I know it's very difficult, I miss my dad so much, and Smudge I really feel for you losing your sister on Christmas day, how awful for all your family and you, Hope you are also managing to hold yourself together, thinking of you both, three kindred spirits.
