The flake is 99 milimetres long.

At a risk of sounding really anal, I have a box of 99 flakes and, having just measured one, I can assure you that they are considerably less than 99mm long - they may once have been longer though

Someone has previously posted a response here saying thay it was item 99 on the Cadbury's order list or something like that
