Hi some of you may remember me talking about someone i liked but didnt have the bottle to ask him out for a drink, well i did it yesterday! Aren't you so proud? Anyway all i emailed was 2Hi how are you? So glad it's the weekend! Would you like to go out for a drink one day next week?" He replied back fairly quickly, "Hi, so glad it's the weekend, i'm quite manic at the moment at work, finishing on average at 8pm and later, so once things ease off i'll let you know, that will be easier...have a good weekend"
Now - is that good? or a complete blow out? he did reply quickly and put a kiss on the end? If he had a girlfriend would he have replied telling me so? x

He has not asked you any questions in the email (which have required a reply) and has not been definite at all in when things might "ease off".
He probably doesn't have a girlfriend but if he's not interested then it makes no difference anyway.
I really wouldn't email again unless you want to set yourself up for a fall.
Sorry if this sounds harsh but I've been there and it's not worth your effort.
