It was at a cricket match at the Oval, with England versus the West Indies...

The West Indies fast bowler sent a really viscious bumper toward the English batsman.
The batsman let out a loud scream, dropped his bat, and fell writhing to the ground, with his hands jammed down between his legs.
Anxious players gathered round.

A young woman broke from the crowd and ran toward the batsman.
'Let me through! I'm a nurse! I know what to do!' she cried as she pushed forward.
Kneeling, she undid the batsman's zip, and began, very gently, to massage his balls.
'There, how does that feel?' she asked.
'That feels absolutely marvellous, miss!' replied the batsman. 'The only trouble is - my thumb still hurts like hell!'
