For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Gorgeous suggests a sexual attraction to a woman, whereas beauty can be inanimate and genderless (and is therefore a "purer" compliment), and stunning suggests an overwhelming physical attractiveness. It depends on the situation which is best, 'gorgeous' is a bit cliched, so I'd stick to one of the other two.
