when one is talking about another swearing and they use the term 'f-ing and blinding' what does the 'blinding' part mean?

'Blimey' and 'cor blimey' were mild oaths meaning 'Blind me!' or 'God blind me! That is where the 'blinding' in the phrase you ask about probably comes from. It is just another oath, in the same way as the 'f' one is.
