My 12 year old son has been charged with racial abuse for calling an asian boy a "Mars Bar" during a football match, which he denies, but is this racist?

If so, you can see why he took offence at such a term, as he probably has a miserable life at home.
But to answer your question, no being called a mars bar is not racist per se, but if the complaint is followed through the boy and the family will receive a bigger council house, a free car and the right to have the fathers many wives come over here and support terrorism, like most do.

exactly red. this country is the only one in the world that cannot say anything. I feel that I am being racially victimised in this country for being white and having been born here!
i'm of the belief that racism comes in many forms. take segregation at airports for example. why should people from one country goes through one immigration line and those from another country go to a different line? You can see racism eveywhere but some is acceptable and some isn't. Smacks of double standards to me.
