My partner is going for a job interview and the job description mentions SSMART. What does it mean?

I know what the initials SMART mean,relating to setting goals.

I don't know what the other S is for.

Thanks, notafish, lights flashed and it all fits in with the job description. I think the first S was a misprint. Thanks again.
There is a second "S" meaning stretching ie it is specific AND stretching. It is meant to develop you or make you go that wee bit further.

Thanks TCL as well, I never realised interviews were so dependant on "in" terms and phrases. I'll pass it all on and let her get on with it.
