henderson garage door

had a henderson garage door fitted six months ago by a builder as part of an extension. its a corinthean 8ft x 7ft.
tonight the l/h cable left the cone(viewed from the inside)
the cone is the white one.
i put the crook pin to have a look and the cable end will not sit in its recess on the inside of thecone. it looks damaged on the side of the cone and will possibly need replacing.
i phoned henderson in durham but its out of hours and will call back in the morning.
has anyone any experience of henderson on the repair side , i dont know where i stand as the door was fitted by the builder, who is not a trained door fitter and what my warranty rights are.
i don,t think it will be a big job to replace a cone but i prefer not to pay. its only 6 months old.
