If I remember your question correctly rara_rogers, the answer is that &nsbp is html coding used to format text on a webpage - like <p> and <br>.  It's not supposed to appear but sometimes AB goes a bit wonky & we get to see the coding when we shouldn't do.

 

rara told me it was about bull excrement...........i must be getting gullable in my old age !

&nsbp  means leave the cell blank. like in a table where are cell is empty IE would normally flatten it so its empty but by placing &nsbp  in, it fills the cell with a null value allowing it to exist.
