OK, so I sent my lady friend a dozen red roses and she text back saying a big thank-you and that she was "overcome with emulsion". What does this mean? I thought she was using predictive text and meant to say "overcome with emotion".

She was trying to crack a joke with you by mixing the words up. It appears to have failed though.
