What is the defnition of "cheeky" and would it be used to define a baby? Also, is a cap (like a stocking cap) referred to as cap in England?

Cheeky can be about facial or posterior flesh, but also means irreverent, overly imformal, insolent, rude, but often taken in good humour.

What you guys call stocking cap we call 'bobble hat' or 'beanie'. We don't really have such long appendages to our ski hats.
