Wash your hair with shampoo first and rinse off. Next apply conditioner, leave on a few minutes, then rinse off.

There are also conditioners that you can use to wash at the same time. It's called co-washing.

Conditioner helps tangles with fine hair, so use after shampoo.

Shampoo first, rinse, then conditioner and rinse again.  That's how hairdresser's do it.

Wash with Shampoo first then rinse off. Next apply Conditioner and leave on while you wash the rest of your body.  Then rinse off all over from head to toe.  Then wrap yourself up in a big dry warm towel.
