I usually glaze my ham joint with cinammon and brown sugar. Any alternative suggestions?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I do sometimes cook ham or gammon in Coke. It makes it nice and tender and you don't taste the Coke. You could then glaze it with red currant jelly and put it in a very hot oven for the last 30 minutes. The other glazes suggested so far are also delicious! I've tried most of the ones mentioned. Yummm!
