top of screen appearing at the bottom

Hi My computer seems to have gone a bit mad. the top of the screen now appears at the bottom . if you move your mouse to say the top right hand corner of the screen it goes to the bottom right where the close red square is as it should be at the top. does this make sense. i do not now why the screen seems to have split into two and moved. any help would be appreicated. if if you need it i can do  a screen grab and put it online if that helps better then my description above. thanks

Sounds like the monitor position may be too high. On the front of the monitor there may be some buttons. Play about with them and try to find Vertical Alignment or V-Center or something like that. Then move it down.
