A difficult one (but not in comparison with the next one!) - 3 to do:
18a "This poultry joint is what may be used in the kitchen" (- R - M - T - C -)presumably DRUMSTICK, but why?
24a "Nick cash Colin sorted, leaving one cent only" (N - C - O - A - ).
3d "Leak row about engaging girl getting bottom pinched (E - I - S - O -) presumably EMISSION, but why?
Any help will be much appreciated, please.

3d miss inside noise backwards less one of the "S's"(bottom pinched)
24a Nicholas
24. Nicholas - anagram of cash Colin minus c(ent)
3d Row = NOISE back about MIS(s)

Thanks all. It's number 825 but the title didn't build correctly. Is the DRUMSTICK clue an unsubtle way to express the same thing twice - why would one use a percussion drumstick in a kitchen?
The percussion section of an orchestra is known as the "kitchen"
