This is one of the clues which lack definition and which has to be encoded.
It's an anagram around N(ovember) T(ime).

Scynthius is an anagram of IS CUSHY +NT but doesn't fit the given letter pattern

Factor - see my first comment. The answer to the clue has to be encoded before entry.
Shooty - yes finished now. Not the easiest crossword I've ever done, but as usual with Schadenfreude very clever and worth while.
