Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Which number is the odd one out?
the one that stands out is 255(1) being an odd number at the end, but I think this is to easy
2551, 3774, 2958, 4590, 1224 and 1836

Multiply first two numbers by 2 to give last 2 numbers.

Hello This Is David From Cardiff!

I think I have the answer. For each four digit number make two columns.
The first column is the 3rd minus the 1st digit. The 2nd column is the 2nd minus the 4th digit. When rearranged this gives:-

3 1
+1 2 2
+2 4 3
+1 3 4
+2 5 5

So the odd one out is 1224!
