Cell Phone

I really want a cell phone but theres two parts to this problem...
1 i don't know what kind of cell phone I want all though it has to be a touchscreen have apps and the works... any ideas?
and 2 my dad won't let me some how i have to talk him into getting me one. also i cant buy it on my own or else i would bc i dont get allowence and i can't find a job for me like serouisly i'm a responsible 14 yr old will be turning 15 in december oh and forget about it as a birthday and xmas present ive tried... :( Media URL: http://www.snopes.com/military/statue.asp

Are you American? They are usually called mobiles phones in UK, and the country could make a difference in terms of which models are available.
