Lacrosse World Cup 2013 - Final Day
8 Answers
So here it is. The last day of the 2013 World Cup.
England are playing Australia for the Bronze medal. No dream Final against Canada. Maybe in another four years. Watch this space in 2017. I'll let you know.
And then, the Final. Which, even though it doesn't involve England, will be a stormer.
Canada v US
The US have won all but two of the previous World Cups. They will be very hard to beat (as we found out in the Semis). But Canada have waited a long time to play a World Cup Final on their home patch, and they badly want to win it. They see this as their big moment in the sun.

You have to follow it on the teams blogs and tweets, and then watch it online, after it happens, on tv.lacrosse. Or subscribe to a Canadian TV channel. The coverage has been pathetic. Except on AnswerBank, of course. The coverage here has been outstanding. I thank you.
only on Sky, which is not mainstream in my book. They do have highlights on the repulsive Channel 5, and apparently that got more viewers than all of the day-long Sky coverage in the last match. It is a plot to keep English boys in pool halls and on street corners rather than safely at home watching black and white cricket on the BBC.
