The other night I was travelling on a bus going home. The bus stopped at the stop and whilst we were waiting a youth on the outside of the bus raised the rear engine compartment and pressed the engine kill switch. The Police were called and the youth detained. They couldn't agree on an offence and only said it was ASB and took the youth home. Surely there is another offence which could have been committed. Vehicle interference perhaps?
Seemed to be a popular trick around parts of Salford a while back (along with a general attack by a gang of kids/youths). Unfortunately, as said above, it is necessary for safety reasons.
Thanks for the replies everyone. Forgot to mention, some of the idiots mates got on the bus, ran amok, then opened the emergency exits and jumped off the bus. What a bunch of pillocks.
