Could do with some help to finish this one off. I have R?I? for 15 down. Any help with the answer and why.
I have the answer to 18 across but could someone explain.
Finally, what's the significance of the title?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Clues would be nice
ruly: truly with head removed!
18a If you remind me of the solution I can probably parse it (only have clues here)
As far as I know, until now no-one's come up with a plausible suggestion to explain the title (on either forum)!

15down. Orderly is really to be executed (4) R_I_
18across. Request provided for a time obliquely in Acotland (7)
I already gave you (& explained) 15d!
And it's your ANSWER I need for 18a in order to parse it (sent mine off on Thursday!)
18a ask lent. Scottish word meaning aslant / oblique
I'm not entirely happy with it, but I wondered if the title, Wein, Weib & Gesang, might refer to Strauss waltzes.
One very well-known waltz is called Morgenblaetter (Morning papers)
Another - which I don't know - is called Nachtfalter (Moths)
But I can't see anything that might refer to Penguins
