Ppi
Hi, I submitted a miss sold PPI claim against Capital One about 3 years ago. I used a claims company and they messed up my claim, so now it looks like I'm not going to get my money back. This was a legitimate claim, and I wasn't just jumping on the PPI bandwagon. Does anybody know if PPI claims can only be submitted once, or is it possible to resubmit them ?
Many Thanks,
Zuber.

Agree with Factor, it depends how far the claims firm has gone and how they messed up. What was their licence/CRM number?
You would be best to download a claim form from the Financial Ombudsman Service website, fill in and send off. BEWARE the claim firm may try and charge their 'success fee' if the lender pays out to you and they find out. Make sure you cancel any contract with the claims firm in writing - send recorded delivery and keep a copy.
